What Happens Next?

Pre-Interview

SUPER IMPORTANT INFO WE NEED!!

Once you have chosen a time, you will be given instructions on how to upload your info to us in a few simple steps (so don't worry - we don't need it now).

Here’s what we will need so you can prepare for our intake form:

Your headshot
Your business logo
A short professional bio we can use when we introduce you
Website address for your business
Social Media links for your business (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
If you’ve been interviewed in the past, please share the links with us
Link to your offer! The beauty of podcasting is that you can promote a freebie or a low-ticket offer to grow your email list. If you have an affiliate program, we would love to be a part of it.

During the Interview

The interview will be over Zoom. Please make sure you have:

Zoom software installed on your computer
You're in a quiet space (preferably with carpeting to minimize echoing)
You have a working camera on your computer
You have a microphone
You have good lighting

We aim to keep the interview between 20 - 30 minutes.

Overview of how the interview will go:

0:00 – Meet and Greet, Check Levels, Correct Pronunciations

0:05 – We start! Introductions, an overview of your business and who you serve, then we dig into visibility strategies you're using (marketing, advertising, publicity, social media)

0:30 – Post Interview. Go over any questions or concerns. Virtual toast to a great interview!

0:40 – Cheers and thanks!

Post-Interview

Once we've edited the interview, we'll upload on our podcast channels along with show notes, links to your website, social media handles, and your freebie or offer.

We will promote across our social media network as well as in an email to our list of thousands.

We'll then send you the link to the episode as well as our logo so you can include it on your website and blog or media page.

The transcription of the episode will be turned into a blog post for our blog at www.larissabanting.com, which will have social media posts promoting it every month over the following 12 months

And finally, your interview will be included in our quarterly magazine as an article.
